In recent years, OKRs has been one of the topics receiving considerable attention at Son Thanh. Finding an effective management approach that supports a company's rapid and sustainable growth is an ongoing challenge for business leaders. However, OKRs is neither a magic formula nor a shortcut to business success. It can only deliver real value when everyone in the organization understands its principles and applies them appropriately in their work.
By the second quarter of 2022, Son Thanh had entered its fifth OKR cycle. During the initial cycles, employees encountered various challenges and uncertainties, and at times did not fully understand the underlying principles of OKRs. Over time, however, the internal implementation of OKRs has helped change the way people think about and approach their work at Son Thanh.
Team members have gradually developed a stronger focus on results while becoming more aware of their individual responsibilities.
