Our service process
Receiving requests
We receive project documents (purchase orders, required drawings, technical specifications, model data, etc.) for the initial work. Delivery deadlines can be set.
Confirming requirements
Son Thanh reviews the request and contacts the client to confirm it as quickly as possible.
Quotation
We provide a basic price list to build the service cost. Once the client agrees on the cost, we proceed to plan the order.
Contract signing and kick-off
After agreeing on the terms, scope of work and delivery deadlines, Son Thanh starts producing the design data.
Data standardization & input review
We convert all formats into digital files. We verify the data and request additions or clarification if needed.
Drawing production / modeling
We carry out the specialised work as required.
Internal quality control (QA/QC)
Every drawing and data set produced at Son Thanh goes through strict quality control to ensure accuracy before delivery to the client.
Delivery & support
